I’m a highly skilled, dedicated personal trainer based near Hackney, East London. I work with people of all abilities – perhaps some just like you, from different backgrounds.
I work with people who have a variety of both long and short term goals in Weight loss or Strength – whether it is directly related to their internal health, such as a reduction in blood pressure or preparing for an event or particular holiday.
I’ve worked with people who have little or no experience in a gym and always strive to make them feel comfortable and confident in using the variety of equipment and building self-motivation. For the more experienced person, it’s a different approach, but as the name says – Personal Training is exactly that – tailored to the needs you have. This could be to have fun while you’re working out in the park or perhaps sweating it out in your home/apartment gym.
